therapy, sickness and sleep

it was good that i went to therapy today, but now i am REALLY wiped out. i cried today. i didn't expect to. i didn't even realize that i was that stressed out and had so much pressure built up. it did feel better to let it all out.
i was feeling better this morning when i woke up. on my way home from therapy i was very hungry, so i just finished a ham and cheese sandwich - with the cheese grandma gave me. now i feel sick again. i feel like i gotta throw up. it's been so wierd. if i had the flu, i'd be really sick by now, wouldn't i? this is the 4th day where i have felt fine, then all of a sudden i feel this 'wave' of sickness.
i think i'm going to take a nap.
