i have been writing but mostly in ink or in emails to a friend. therapy has been rough. i skipped last week. two weeks ago was the worst. we were going to do some hypnosis therapy for me to get over my Post Tramautic Stress Syndrome of being date-raped, but i freaked out. i left after 20 minutes with my therapist saying 'i've nver seen you so scared"
